In our open groups, participants come from a wide variety of sectors to share and learn from each other’s leadership experiences in facilitated virtual workshops.
What is it?
Our Brilliant Basics Programme provides the foundational skills that every leader needs to lead authentically and effectively. They are vital skills for all leaders to have in their locker, no matter what stage of their career. These skills build trust and we work to embed them as daily habits with our groups.
Through our Brilliant Basics group leadership development programme, we:
- Equip leaders with the emotional intelligence skills they need to navigate any challenge with confidence
- Enable leaders to adopt new leadership behaviours and put their skills into practical action
- Support leaders to sustain new behaviours and habits for long-term success
In Brilliant Basics, we centre around a framework of 6 core workshop modules:
What can you expect?
- A supportive and encouraging group coaching environment with cross pollination of ideas & experiences. We use peer to peer learning support to support our participants’ change.
- Use of the 70/20/10 model to maximise learning potential by doing and active application of concepts to bring theory off the page and into BAU.
- 6 facilitated interactive workshops which focus on peer based discussion and storytelling techniques to surface the power of learning in community, supported by world-class facilitation and learning coaches.

What is the cost?
We offer one of the most cost effective courses of this type, complexity and duration that you will find and we charge £1200 per participant.
For this, your participants will take part in 6 x 2hr facilitated virtual workshops, receive toolkits with all the material to keep for reference and are coached by us to create new leadership habit frameworks for the future.
