LeadershipLIFT is what great leadership development for the world of hybrid work looks like, energising your people, driving results, and empowering them to become better leaders.
We use targeted meetings to develop managers and leaders, focusing on the skills and conversations that really matter in today’s workplace.
Development sessions are delivered remotely and in community, colleagues learning with and from one another.
Interactions are provided over successive learning sessions with time in between to apply new learning and insights, supported by peer participants who can give feedback and share their own progress.

Making content that is relevant to you.
Dry theories of leadership in a classroom don’t hit home. We listen to our clients first and foremost to co-design sessions and deliver a series of coaching-style conversations with our participant groups. These can be leaders from any level of the organisation.

How does it work?
We are looking to build confidence and capability in key areas – how leaders connect, coach, celebrate and challenge team members to deliver outstanding performance.
We facilitate a series of targeted, cohort based sessions to talk about what really matters. Attendees will prepare before a call with something to read or watch which is relevant to them. In our meeting, we introduce a learning topic and share it, then it’s over to the participants to discuss how it might affect them and the objectives they need to achieve.
Shorter and more frequent interactions act as a springboard.

How does it work?
We are looking to build confidence and capability in key areas – how we as leaders connect, coach, celebrate and challenge team members to deliver outstanding performance.
Each session focuses on:
- Building one key leadership capability
- Utilising one practical tool or routine from your management / leadership toolkit
- Inspiring conversations with fellow learners
- Inspiring further personal growth and development through additional resources
Sessions are:
- 90 minutes in duration
- Delivered virtually through Teams or Zoom
- Using online collaboration tools such as Miro or Slido
We also design bespoke programmes as per our clients’ request. These are:

Unique sense-making framework.
Both our core Brilliant Basics programme and bespoke Advanced Learning sessions use a unique sense-making framework, providing the structure for a unique blend of expert facilitations, group conversation, skills practice and action planning – all in 90 minutes.
